WEIGHT LOSS! Please help!?

Okay, I am a 16 year old girl, 5’3, and 130 lbs. My goal weight is 110 lbs. Can someone tell me if what I am doing is right/if this is the right way to lose weight?

Breakfast:
Mega-T Green Tea Weight Loss Pill (20 min before eating + a full glass of water)
1 cup of Fruit Loops plus 1 cup of 1% milk
1 cup or strawberries (halves)

Lunch:
Mega-T Green Tea Weight Loss Pill (20 min before eating + a full glass of water)
1/2 PB&J Sandwich on Whole Wheat Sunflower Bread
1 cup of raw fruit
1 cup of raw veggies

Dinner:
Mega-T Green Tea Weight Loss Pill (20 min before eating + a full glass of water)
Usually depends on what my mom is cooking (:

I take a musical theater dance class twice a week as well.

Does this sound alright? Thanks!!

    Dancing sounds like a fun way to lose weight! Looks like you’re doing a good job so far. The water, the strawberries, and the vegetables are all great choices!

    If your mom’s like mine, she’s always cooking delicious food with astronomical calories. Dinner’s always my big calorie trap. Nowadays, I just try to reduce portion size to something filling but sensible.

    As for the pills, just make sure those are healthy. If they’re green tea, then I’m sure they’re not harmful. I guess I’m always just wary of any product that sells itself as inducing weight loss.

    So long as you keep an eye on the calories eaten vs. calories burned, you should lose weight. Make sure you’re not eating too few calories though. That could increase your metabolism and make weight loss harder.
