    what a fantastic video, so much fabulous advice. I can’t wait for tomorrow,
    and my new” brekkie” I do green smoothie’s, but will do the chia thing
    first thing tomorrow. I love the idea, of soaking the chia seeds , first,

    Chia is good for reducing blood pressure and sugar (careful if you have low
    pressure or hypoglycemia). Good vid; I’ll try this, though I don’t do
    smoothies much anymore because it can spike sugar (not good if you are
    insulin resistant). The fiber in the spinach (careful w/ raw spinach if you
    take thyroid med) and Chia should help offset that spike a bit so long as
    the fruit sugar content is low. I love oatmeal w/ a tsp each of ground
    chia, flax, real cinnamon -fresh ground w/ coffee grinder.

  25. Guys, losing weight does not have to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll
    give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan known as Proladox Diet
    Plan (do a search on google). Seriously, that course has transformed my
    entire life. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not
    want a bunch of other guys out there running the same “game” but whatever,
    I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.

  29. I believe the Weight Loss thing is a myth, in my own case I can only speak
    for myself I had lot of stomach issues I dropped down to 51kg and looked
    awful, I’m Male and 5’11 as soon as I started drinking a cup of green tea a
    day my stomach issues started disappearing and 9 months later after
    starting to drink green tea I am starting to get to a healthier weight 59kg
    now and still going up, I think I can safely stop drinking it now and
    continue to gain weight, I added sugar to my cup of green tea so that might
    be why, I am on a high fat diet, In Obese Mice in a study the Mice gained
    weight slower on green tea, the fact that they were still gaining weight
    tells you something though I think, My GP also doesn’t believe it burns
    fat, you’d probably have to drink about 5 cups a day to lose weight IMHO. I
    think I was absorbing food better cause the Minerals/Vitamins in green tea
    which lead to my weight gain.

  35. Eating tea is a great idea but it needs to be brewed in hot water for at
    least 4 to 6 minutes to release the catechins which contain all the good
    stuff. I prepare an extra strong cup and set it to brew all night on a cup
    warmer. I use hot water but not boiling so I don’t kill the catechins. I
    take all my supplements with it a little at a time, then I eat the leaves.
    I’ve been adding lemon juice because I read that it helps the intestine to
    absorb the catechins. That’s my breakfast, yuck!

    chi green tea (taichigreentea). drink iand then eat it. see how it works.
    good green tea is very helpful for eliminating extra fat of couse it has
    its limitation.. diet and exercise is more important.

    Good green tea, the baby leaves picked in early spring, can be eaten raw.
    Actually, to maximize the health benefits of green tea, we suggest using
    cool to warm water. The higher the quality of the green tea, the cooler the
    water should be used. Also, once the tea is put in water, try to consume it
    as soon as possible — try to finish it in 30-40 minutes. Otherwise, it
    gets spoiled and become toxic. Never drink the tea brewed overnight.

    I should mention “organic” green tea is the best. especially for weight
    loss and all the benefits of the tea. Try to buy organic if you can.

  47. I was thinking about starting drinking green tea but then I saw videos on
    how the Japanese government is lying about the radiation levels in the
    green tea exported from Japan. Green tea might reduce the risk of cancer
    but radioactive green tea will most likely give you cancer.

    • Drink and eat the tea or just sprinkle the tea powder (from tea bag) or
    the loose tea on food to eat it raw. Consume as more as one can to achieve
    the best weight loss results (1-4 bags). Do exercises after consuming the
    tea. • No (or less) cheese or butter while consuming green tea.
