    people about green tea and how u can loss weight by drinking it my school
    starts in 4 weeks and i need a way to loss weight before school so my
    question is that can i really loss 15 pounds before school starts?

    Thankyou for this video. I want to know whether we can drink green tea
    immediately after lunch or dinner because i have read that we should not
    drink coffee/tea before 2hrs of lunch/dinner, is it same with green tea
    also? and one more doubt is should we stop coffee/tea completely if we are
    having green tea 4 cups a day? Arathi.

  3. when i was really into losing weight i was losing on average 1 kilo a week
    but it was dieting and exercising too. i managed to lose round about 10
    kilos. but now, i don’t drink green tea anymore.

  5. i don’t think i would have. from what i feel, green tea just makes you pee
    a lot and kinda suppresses your appetite and sweet tooth. so after dinner
    instead of having dessert you just force yourself to have green tea and it
    will take care of the sweet craving. i believe in calories in vs calories
    out. and thanks but unfortunately i gained all the weight back 😛 but i’m
    not overweight, so i guess it’s not THAT bad.

    No, green tea+gym+diet works only do that for 3 months and you will have
    muscles and abs its awesome 😀

    Nuke and dropped 14 pounds within just a month. I do not remember the exact

    nauseated, and dizzy for some reason, so I finally bought a box of green

  14. hmmmm, I drink at least 6 cups a day, and it doesn’t make a blind bit of
    difference to my weight. I dont eat very much, and never eat junk or
    anything fried.

  24. @cojonazos1 how bout excercise ? .. it helps “melting” down fat , more easy
    … well , the fat that is too much on your body .. if you are already thin
    , i dont think it wont make that much of a difference .. your body still
    needs a lil amount of fat to work

  25. Great way to loose weight is by fasting. I fastest for 30 days and lost
    1stone in weight. I feel so good now and I have allot of control over my
    eating habits. Drinking green tea is also great. Why not fast and drink
    green tea. I would avoid putting sugar. Willing green tea is also really
    good. From Dijon province in China.
