Green Tea = Weight Loss? ?

Hello All,

I recently read in a magazine that Green Tea can actually help your metabolism/lose weight. Has someone tried it? Did it work?

I gained about 10 lbs. over the past couple of years and I rarely exercised when I was younger (except for some walking). I think my metabolism is just slowing down as I’m getting older. :( No, I am not trying to find the easy way out. I’m just curious …

  1. Green tea should be used to aid your weight loss. If your diet isn’t right and you’re not exercising it’ll make little difference. If everything else is right it can make a big difference.

    Green tea doesn’t affect weight loss like people think. It’s actually alot more complicated than just increasing metabolism.

    And by the way, metabolism doesn’t slow down with age. It slows down as you lose muscle mass with age and lack of exercise.

    As far as whether it works or not it does. There are many scientific reports that prove it. I’ve been using it for years to help lose that last bit of body fat.<br/>
