  16. have to say im 1 of the my body weight a yr in sugar ppl.i add to
    coffee,tea,on fruits.but im also using honey and agave more then sugar for
    my drinks.but i know why ive got gut and its hard to drop that last 20 i
    want.

    My problems: I cannot sleep more than 4 hours (before I had 7-8 hours
    sleep) and second problem is that some times half an hour after food I feel
    pain in my stomach. is this because of drinking lots of water and stomach
    acids or…….please reply :), once again thanks for all nice informations
    !

  19. Yup, I was ranting about that in the LiveChat yesterday. Any food producer
    can put “natural” on the label if they want to, they could put it on Coke,
    Twinkies, whatever b/c there’s no regulation of that label like there is
    with organic for instance.

  21. Yea, I started getting really awful itching spells, no rash or anything and
    after a lot of trial and error, I found the candida diet contained the only
    food that didn’t make me itchy. Gluten was worst of all, though.

    woman.

  25. You can find probiotics at any health food store, they will generally
    contain several different strains. Almond milk or coconut milk is my fave
    “milk sub,” soy milk is all right but soy has it’s own negative health
    effects so don’t rely too heavily on it.

    with wheat, but being itchy is a new one, makes perfect sense though! Best

  36. Nope. Stay away from the artificial sweeteners!! These are chemicals that
    are way sweeter than anything in nature, the chemicals send messages to
    your brain that foods are not supposed to send. They can have toxic effects
    on your brain cells, and they make sugar cravings and weight gain much
    WORSE. You’re better off with honey, maple syrup, agave nectar or even real
    sugar is better than Splenda!!

    It would be a shame if you did not build muscle when these other people do
    it easily with Slim Body Maximizer (Look it up on google).

  40. Removing the harmful foods we mentioned is step 1, you can also purchase a
    probiotic supplement at any health food store.

  41. Keep a food journal and keep track of which foods make your stomach hurt.
    If it doesn’t make a different which foods you eat, maybe you’re just
    eating too much. What wakes you– hunger? If so, eat a quality fat or
    protein snack before bed. Do you drink coffee/caffeine? That could also
    interrupt sleep.
