  7. I’m also determined to lose 15lbs, and like u I just try to focus on doing
    well that day or meal. It’s so not easy and I understand what ur going

  8. ive done calorie diet before and followed myfitnesspall but they messed my
    metabolism and i gained all the weight back very fast. what ive learned is
    that i lose mucelse weight more than fat n just messed up with my body. Now
    i just focus on eating healthy 5 – 6 meals a day and i lift weight and
    that has done magic to me. I highly recommend for anyone who is trying to
    lose weight to just start lifting. forget about the cardio n dont do more
    than 15 mins crardio but do your strength training and you would see
    results from the first couple of weeks. i struggled for so long to lose a
    single pound, but the moment i started lifting the weight just kept coming
    off not to mention inches.

  11. Research indicates that all calories are not equal. The thin crackers
    you’re eating for instance, are stored in fat cells and impact insulin
    levels differently than more complex carbs like veggies, and contribute to
    weight gain. Not every body type responds to carbs in the same way, of
    course, but I recommend reading two books that have helped me: “Why We Get
    Fat” by Gary Taubes, and “Wheat Belly” by William Davis. Congrats on your
    progress thus far and thank you for sharing your journey with us!

    Meal prep your meals I seen that has help me a lot. And for snacking I only
    do nuts and rice cakes the popcorn one.

  19. I love steel cut oats, they make you feel full a long time. My favourite
    tip I’ve shared with friends is to add in 1 tablespoon peanut butter to
    your hot oats. If you like peanut butter you’ll love how the PB melts in
    the oats and tastes so good. Plus you’re adding protein.
