  1. WARNING TO DIABETICS. I should have known better. I’m on a “low carb”
    lifestyle which is having great results beating back my sugar and
    neuropathy. Figured I’d raise the bar with smoothies. Watch out. Even
    though fruits have a “natural sugar” which is far superior to “refined”
    sugars which are taboo for Diabetics make the balance with” less fruit and
    more veggies” in your smoothie. Otherwise it will raise your sugar.

  4. I’ve been on a fruit smoothie diet before, somewhere in 2012 and again
    in 2013 I think. I really enjoyed it, and i lost 7lbs in about 3 days or
    so. I’ve just started it again this week, and this video has made me really
    want to go on! :-)

    For the smoothie I’ve just had for breakfast, I used 6 Strawberries and
    1 large Banana, and orange juice to taste. I’ve also tried, or are yet to
    try, these recipes. Tell me what you think!:

    *Mango smoothie*
    1 chopped mango
    5 strawberries
    Orange juice/Water

    *Mango smoothie 2*
    6 ice cubes
    1 large mango diced and chilled
    1 banana
    Orange juice/Water

    *Orange smoothie*
    4 oranges
    Orange juice/Water

    *Strawberry smoothie*
    6 strawberries
    1 banana
    Orange juice/Water

    *Kiwi smoothie*
    1 ripe banana, sliced
    1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
    5 strawberries
    Apple juice/Water

    *Peach smoothie*
    3 peaches
    2 strawberries
    Orange juice/Water

    *Blueberry smoothie*
    1 cup of blueberries
    Orange juice/Water

    *Mixed fruit smoothie*
    1 cup of blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
    Orange juice/Water

    *Peach and Strawberry smoothie*
    4 ice cubes
    1 fresh peach
    1 handful of strawberries (approx. 7)
    Orange juice/Water

  5. i like using mango, pineapple & peaches or strawberries with a little
    organic green tea

  6. Oh and I use almond milk

  7. Its great to eat heathly but according to the author of the book “A short
    guide to a long life” you shouldn’t juice or blend fruits and vegetables
    but eat them whole. Juiceing removes the important fiber. Instead of
    blending my mixed fruit and yogurt I just eat it as is. Good luck.

    Thank you for sharing this video. I never thought of an on the go blender
    that you can take with you to work etc. I will tell my husband who is
    trying to lose weight about this blender. You are a beautiful woman, may

  9. 2 cups mixed with your favorite fruit, 10oz of water and 3 tea spoons of
    honey and 1/2 cup of 100% apple juice

  10. A smoothie that I make is with banana and sweet potatoes. First, bake the
    sweet potato for an hour then let it cool (I usually make it the night
    before) then take half of the banana with half of the sweet potato and add
    a little cinnamon (however much you like) then some milk, (I use almond
    milk) then blend to a smooth consistency. I hope you try and enjoy!

  21. Are you exercising when before or after? For breakfast I do Mangoes ,
    Pineapples , Peaches, stawberrys i tried it with orange juice, then i tried
    it with Very Vanilla silk milk, and vanilla yogurt. The orange juice one is
    sweet and tangy, the “dairy” one is more thicker and tastes more dairyish
    if that makes any sense, i love both of them. I dont know if this is tmi
    but they both help in the restroom too.

    I love smoothies, but green smoothies are my absolute favorite. I usually
    add baby spinach as my source of greens. I use a frozen banana,
    strawberries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax meal, fresh squeezed orange
    juice, and Moringa Leaf Powder, and oh yeah…ice…I need my ice…YUMMY
    goodness from my Vitamix. I also sometimes add any kind of fruit or
    vegetable, the possibilities are really endless. Your smoothie looked
