  3. You are doing great. Keep up the good work. You might want to try smoothies
    or just eating your fruit fresh. I think you will see the weight start to
    drop more quickly. In any case, you look great. You are starting to glow.

  5. Cutting out whole grains isn’t a good idea. Starchy whole grains are one of
    the bodies preferred fuel sources. Eat them often and enjoy them.

  7. Hi Sweetie, You are a brave young lady to be posting the progress from your
    Fasting and Dieting for the entire world to see and comment-on. I have been
    on several water-fasts myself … the longest was for 21 days. So I know (
    at least partly ) how difficult it was for you. In addition, I have been a
    Vegan for 6 years, and a Raw Foodist for about 1 year and I love what it
    has done for me. I wish you the best in your journey. You are certainly a
    beautiful woman.
