An excellent introduction to a new herb Moringa is new, at least for me, but reading this introduction to the benefits and uses of the miracle tree, I understood it has been used for centuries to help people helping themselves.Perhaps the best ingredient here for me is iron, which I lack. All the other vitamins and antioxidants are good, too, delivered in such a small amount of food! Very useful book and everything inside is described in detail.

  3. This is a total waste of money. I read it in about 15 minutes, scanning through the many pages that had absolutely nothing to do with the Moringa Tree.
