    I don’t believe in dieting…. You need to change how you eat and the
    reasons you eat certain foods. I don’t believe in cheat days. It makes no
    sense to award good behavior with food that’s bad for you! As far as Susan
    was concerned I told her to cut 3 things from her diet, 1 every 15 to 21
    days.. Not only during the lifespan of our contract but for Life.

    Loosing weight and getting fit is easy if you stick to 2 basic Principals,
    diet and exercise. Susan hired me as a Personal trainer. I train with here
    3 to 4 times a week. There are 2 parts to her program. Days she has time
    for the gym where she performs light cardio and a weight routine and days
    when she only has time for a “home” type workout similar to my beginners
    home workout video but a lot more intense. As far as her diet was concerned
    it just needed a little tweaking…

    Im 277 lbs im 20 maybe 6’1. My Bday is 8/10 and I want to lose 100 lbs by
    then. I am taking this thing serious and I would like to know some good
    ideas and avice to lose weight, and i would like to know how did your
    student lose over 20 lbs in 4 weeks thats amazing. thats 100 lbs in 5
    months for me if i start now. Most of the time i’m at work but what is it
    that I can do mostly at home? Plz msg me back. Thnx

  5. @Loseweightwithgeorge I went to golds gym and they offered a membership and
    i signed up but i only get a trainer once a week but I don’t think I will
    need a trainer if only I could get one to tell me what to do. He told me
    that it would be easier If would lift weights too, so that I won’t have to
    lose much weight, because my fat would be exchanged with muscle, and i have
    been eating right for about a week and i started working out 4 days ago. Im
    resting today though. What ex’sise would u suggest

    Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my work buddy got hot 6 pack
    abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

    Those 3 things were, ALL soft drinks, especially the diet ones, ALL fried
    foods and Processed foods. So far she has cut the soft drinks and fried
    foods and feeling great about it. When she feels ready she’ll tackel the
    processed foods which in my opinion is the hardest. Hope this helps give
