  1. few other quick tips:

    – being vegetarian, when you cut meat out of your diet it can reallllyyyyy
    help losing weight (my sister did this, I love meat too much though)

    – getting your bowels washed out (I think it’s called an enema) if you can
    get past the “shame” of someone putting a tube up your arshole, then it is
    sooooo great, it cleans out everything that has been sitting in your bowels
    sometimes for years, and it’s soooo healthy and you leave the place feeling
    so light and healthy and this feeling lasts for quite a while, and also
    because it cleans everything out, a lot of the bad stuff is gone and it’s
    way easier to lose weight (heard all this from my mum who gets them
    regularly)

    – it’s good to drink water, however don’t drink water before or with your
    food as it expands your stomach meaning that it takes longer for you to
    feel “full” and so you might end up eating more. always drink water after a
    meal.

    – a glass of warm water in the morning is meant to be great for you, it
    kick starts your metabolism apparently :)

  2. Recommending diets like the Atkins diet to people could be a bad idea! In
    order to maintain weight loss you have to change your diet entirely and
    maintain it. It could be as simple as removing all unhealthy things like
    soda, chocolate bars, white bread etc. just swapping bad things for good
    things.

    No matter how many times I try to force myself to like green tea, I just
    can’t.

    I try to suck it up and chug it down but I just can’t help but feel sick.

    minute workout each day as well as limiting my intake if junk foods

    Eating too much protein (more than you need which is about 40-60g a day for
    the average person) is actually really bad for you.
    If your body isn’t using the protein, the excess produces toxins that your
    liver has to filter out. Over time it damages your liver, and sometimes if
    there’s just too much the toxins release into your blood stream and over
    time can cause brain damage and heart failure as well.
    Not to mention the amount of cholesterol people also get from a high
    protein diet.
    Besides, (good) carbs are energy your body needs to sustain it’self haha.
    Unless someone is a very intense athlete or body builder, there’s no reason
    to think that you need A LOT of protein. 

  12. You’ll be able to shed weight in safety and avoid gaining weight back if
    you have the correct eating plan, without any medications, tough
    exercises…

    and I wanna lose weight but with school and studying and all that I barely

    I’m slowly changing to vegan, SLOWLY. I’m down to berries YA BERRIES and
    bread! MWAHAHA! But it does work though.

    small portion snack eat a Apple any kinds of fruits or can drink green tea
    too organic too (:

    vegan Diet however I can do!! :)

    Drinking cold water with a meal can actually make it harder to digest the
    food. You might as well eat ice while you at it because that’s basically
    what you’re doing. Drinking warm/room temp. water or hot tea with a meal
    will actually help break down the food during the digestion process.

    But this was very good advice actually ! I’m already doing a few of these
    things like drinking LOTS of water and it does keep me away from
    dehydrating an yup. Thanks for proving my first thoughts wrong :)
