    lose wait , its just a waste of money and time ,… if you really wanna
    reach your goal , do hard workout in correct way ,… it takes time to
    reach your goal , for eg. if you wanna lose weight or get ripped in a month

  24. I am 15 (16 in September).. I am 6’0 and 225 pounds. I lost a lot of weight
    about 2 summers ago, but I have since gained it back. I play football, so I
    find it hard not to be hungry after working out at school everyday. My
    bigger problem is how I can’t keep myself motivated to eat right. I don’t
    really look my weight compared to other guys that do not play football. (I
    think I have more muscle content than them) & my coaches keep telling me to
    eat more.. Any tips on how to get thinner?
