@06mitch11 Green tea is the leaves of tea tree (camellia sinenss). It
contains 4000 different chemical compounds, such as anti-oxidants, vitamins
(C, B & etc) , complex sugar and different kinds of minerals.

  9. @06mitch11 green tea is the same plant as black tea (camellia sinensis) but
    unfermented.

Green tea is somehow made from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant
(white tea; green tea; black tea plant). White tea from this plant has the
most antioxidants and health benefits and about 10-20 milligrams of
caffeine. Green tea from this plant has many antioxidants and health
benefits and about 20-40 milligrams of caffeine. Black tea from this plant
has theaflavin and antioxidants and health benefits and about 40-50
milligrams of caffeine. I like to drink all the teas from this plant.

@ballet23 Keep on. You will see the difference years later. Also, make sure
the tea is fresh, make it right, drink with discretion.
