This is a great spreadsheet and I appreciate all of the hard work you put
into it. Is there anyway to tweak it to work with weight watchers and
instead of calories use the points value if foods?

Diet Plan (do a google search), despite the fact that many people get good
result with it. Thanks to my work buddy who told me about Proladox Diet
Plan, I have lost a lot of weight by using it without starving myself.

  11. Hi this spreadsheet is fantastic , thankyou so much for your work and
sharing it . I am very interested in knowing the formula that you use to
calculate the calories because I’m on the slimming world diet and we don’t
count calories we use something called syns and I would like to try and
    customize it for my diet.

This is a fantastic spreadsheet. I made my own spreadsheet a year ago that
I’ve been using all of this time but if the two ever crossed paths… your
spreadsheet would bully my spreadsheet for lunch money everyday LOL ^_^
