  5. Water heavy foods like fresh veggies and fruits is the way to go! Eating
    water heavy foods will fill you up faster and will help you stop
    overeating. The stomach can only hold 2.2 lbs. of food at once. If you
    have a glass of water before you eat or cucumbers, watermelon, etc… you
    won’t overeat. Simple.

    so now what do I do if I cannot afford a doctor to tell me what type I am
    and I cannot afford him or her to tell me what kind of exercise I must do
    in order to not hurt myself or if I must start certain diet?
