    it’s not the only thing you have to do….It is diet, exercise, and fluid
    intake……and oh yes……heavy metal…..

  10. This is so inspirational, thanks for posting. I’m in the process of losing
    my weight and I’ve been following the exercise programs for the Attack That
    Fat package. AttackThatFat(dot)net I’ve lost 9lbs so far in the month of
    May and hopefully next month will be more of the same. I’m so happy :)

  14. Always drink plenty of water. Drink at least one cup with each of your
    three meals and your two snacks (minimum of 5 cups daily). Try to have your
    water about 15 – 20 minutes before your actual meal or snack to help “prime
    the pump” for satiety recognition. Water also helps to mobilize fat usage.
    In the Journal of Endocrinology it was reported that water increases the
    metabolic rate as well.. This is one of top pieces of advice I give to
    those using the CUPS diet™

    able to burn up fat easily with Epic Lean Body (Google it).

  19. on the show the Dr.s they actually did an experiment on water, you would
    have to drink an entire tank of water a big fish tank a four gallon tank in
    order to loose 1 pound. So clearly you can’t loose weight on water, your
    body is made up of mostly water so if your adding more, your only cleansing
    your body your not reducing fat or anything involving your weight. Exercise
    yes, eat right definately and reduce the amount of junk food in your diet
    yes, that’s how you can reduce your weight.

    @CandiceTristan I felt what you’ve been through right now.. I was once like
    you 2years ago.. I felt really bad on my weight.. I suggest you take this
    diet program found in the site WeightLossAction.Info.. I myself tried it
    and lost so many fats in just a couple of weeks.. I want to help you girl..

    body tissues from poor diet and stress, among other things. The body stores

  38. @Genevee1 You can get water poisoning from drinking too much water. The
    average person should drink only 8 – 8oz. glasses of water a day. Which if
    you buy bottled water that are 16oz. you only have to drink 4 of those
    split up into your day.

    still lose weight if u just drink a lotta water? She didn’t clear that up.
    She just talked about the importance of water but didn’t discuss or mention
    healthy food or diet. (shrug)

  41. I’ve lost over 20kg by opting for water instead of soft drinks. Tried &
    true! Water quenches thirst and soda doesn’t.. so that’s good too.

  44. Drinking water can absolutely help you lose weight. I’ve seen it many
    times. Excess fat is your body’s way of buffering excess acidity by keeping
    it away from vital organs and the bloodstream. Remove the acidity and
    you’ll no longer need the buffering of the fat. You will then lose the
    weight. However, the water should be ionized so that it has anti-oxidant
    and alkaline properties. Tap or bottled water is too oxidizing to do the
    job and the molecule clusters are too large to hydrate properly.

    Every person is different… I know a guy who can eat and eat and eat and
    makes me sick what he eats per day, but he is stays thin. And I eat not
    much, not often and still I gain weight. But water… That is the cradle of
    life and that works for everybody. And yes, you need to do some excersizing
    as well, otherwise you drink yourself sick…
