  13. i find it works good. I do 1hr of cardio per day and eat little fat but I
    hit a wall a while back and stopped losing fat. This product put me back on
    track. Although it did not help my friend at all so I personally think its
    up 2 your genetics.

    I began taking 1 to 2 grams of CLA a little while ago. I noticed I have
    more energy, but it’s too soon for me to tell if I’ve lost any fat from
    taking the supplement. I’ve read quite a few studies about CLA and some
    report that taking too high a dosage may affect the liver.

  17. @ShamusOGrady2 To get six pack abs, start doing heavy squats and deadlifts,
    eat whole foods(fruits vegies lean meat) and be consistent for 6 months. I
    am not even kidding.

    u do not exercise then keep taking it because it will not help as much as
    you thought it would.

  23. The reason CLA works is based on changing your bodies metabolism from
    sugar/glycol burning to fat burning. You’re adding fat to your body through
    this oil, so your body eventually attempts to switch it’s fuel source to
    fat, and of course that means no longer maintaining fat cell deposits but
    by burning the calories more immediately.

  25. ClA does work. I was 220 lbs and i’m 180cm. I started taking 6 caps a day
    to start and took them along with HMB. I restricted my calorie intake to
    2000 cals. With in 6 months i lost 30 lbs. I’ve been taking them for a year
    now and im not showing any side effects….yet!

    some abdominal fat still, would it be a good idea to take this to get rid

  33. @lifterforlife1983 The advice that you are giving here is not only
    reckless, it may end up hurting or killing a person. Ephedrine & caffeine
    will raise your heart rate and blood pressure, which could cause heart
    palpitations, a stroke or heart attack, or kill a person who already has
    high BP, heart problems, or other ailments. And the other products you
    mention are as just dangerous. Lowering caloric intake is the safest proven
    method for weight loss, not the dangerous items you recommended.

  35. I took CLA for weight loss and it did help, but it also caused my liver
    enzymes to increase. Final result, my liver was getting more fatty and
    insulin resistance got much worse. Since I’ve been off CLA, my blood sugars
    have dropped down to normal and insulin resistance has improved
    dramatically. This doesn’t happen to everyone, but recent studies have
    shown it does happen to some people. Be careful and do your research
    thoroughly!!!!

  36. @RSixBoy You know something your a real dick head. Did you ever stop and
    actually fucking read? Maybe you can’t understand what I’m saying, but dead
    lifts and squats DO contribute to abs. But so does diet, ab exercises and
    genetics. You have no idea who I am or how I lift, and vice versa so that
    is a ridiculous accusation. From personal experience squats and deads help
    pull out my core size wise and aide in giving a slight arch shape.

    It seems that you have no idea how complete and effective the squats an
    deadlifts are… Also when have I ever said that those two are the ONLY
    exercises to do?
