  1. Another common newbie question: When is the best time to work-out?
Technical correct answer: Just before you go to sleep. Reason: You then
give your entire body (muscles) a rest right after the work-out while they
rebuild themselves. Reality correct answer: Whenever it can fit your
lifestyle & becomes a habit. Reason: If you can’t incorporate a regular
work-out into your life, something will always give & that’s almost always
the work-out. Don’t go for perfection. Go for what works for you.

  2. A Cardio can prevent the winning of much muscle mass , richtg? ๐Ÿ˜€

Football and soccer are the same thing ๐Ÿ˜‰

  4. You know what? Your shoes may be too small. I had those blisters when I
started and it was because I picked running shoes the size of my regular
shoes. But for running shoes, I learned, you should actually pick them a
    size larger.

  5. To get muscles that are strong without too much muscle growth work with low
repititions with high weight (4-6 reps). For endurance strength, do 15-20
    reps with low weight.

  6. I think I watched Gaelic football a while ago on Eurosport. It, uh, looked
    kinda like war, man! ๐Ÿ˜€

  7. Omg, these stupid comments are in every channel now. I hate cardio, go
running maybe for times a year. I Just picked up a bike so I’m planning on
riding around town and in the trails but I live in a really bike unfriendly

  8. Does the Afterburn effect also take place with these excercises?

  9. So how can i then have very Strong muscles , but no big and heavy ones? I
thought when i do a cardio on one day and muscle training on another , i
would have light and normal looking muscles , but gain stronger muscles. So
how can i excersize that then?

  10. I work in research.

  11. Thank you but are there any EXCERCISES for activating the afterburn?

Hahaha ya Gaelic Football is like that yet its quite safe compared to
    Hurling :)

  13. There is a tip I have for you: put together a playlist with music whose bpm
is about the speed you want to run at and when you go running, pace
yourself to the music. I do the opposite with fast techno when I want to do
    high intensity :)

Gaelic Football is called ‘Rugby’ where I’m from ๐Ÿ˜‰

  15. I just learned a new word! ๐Ÿ˜€

  16. Man, Iron Maiden is what I first thought about and tried to make a
    connection to cardio ๐Ÿ˜€

That completely depends on what country you live in. Ireland call it Soccer
because we have Gaelic Football so football here is called soccer to stop
any confusion same as in America where the have American Football.

  18. Thank you! Hope you are doing great, bigo! :)

  19. lol you know…the “prowler” exercise. you basically push heavy stuff. not
to mix it up with the iron maiden old and awesome song also called prowler.

  20. Good thing I actually enjoy running. I would go everyday if it weren’t for
the blisters that always pop up on the bottom of my feet. Thanks for the
video! It helps see things from a different perspective.

  21. Hahaha! ๐Ÿ˜€

I love running! I always do 6 miles almost everyday Hell Yeah! (:

  23. Precisely. For example, I do my weight-lifting at the “worst” time
possible. That being the morning. Literally right after I get up & before I
take a shower. But that’s incorrect. It is actually the BEST time possible
for ME. The reason is because it works for me. That time is just right for
me. I have been able 2 make it into a SOLID habit for almost 20 years. I’ve
tried other times of the day & they’ve ALL failed. Too many distractions:
work, chores, commitments, friends, & TV shows.

  25. no rammstein for you jk? I can run in sports but running to run,no. Some
say i’m like a diesel engine- slow and powerful.

  26. Exactly. There is a difference between technically correct and practically
doing. Some people feel it keeps them awake when they go running in the

  27. i can’t pace myself, always want to go fast. as well as i don’t like
running in public, seems weird. it doesn’t help I can’t run very far.

  28. for me walking and prowler.

  29. You would have to do insane amounts of cardio for that to happen.

  30. I think we can agree that both are a synonym for “let’s beat the hell out
    of each other” ๐Ÿ˜‰
